This is one of our most popular soups, known as the “candy” of soup. We combine organic coconut milk, red bell pepper, sweet potatoes, brown rice with Thai curry, lemongrass and basil to create a delicious, nutritious Thai inspired soup that will fill and satisfy. Pour it over a bed of rice or use it as a base for your next favorite meal.
